For years, Laney's dreamed of building an agency like Brightlane Studio. Through her past as a self-development blogger, she found a love for web design, as it perfectly blends her detail-oriented side with her creative side. After a coding bootcamp in NYC, a long walk with a friend talking about their futures (Hey, Katey!), and an impulsive "I'm starting a business!" instagram post, she started Created by Laney Co., in December of 2020.
After a year and a half working with the loveliest of clients, she knew it was time to make her agency dreams a reality - and she was lucky enough to have built a network with these lovely ladies - and it all fell into place.

Shannon is a social media strategist and manager, who's found her groove creating reels - we're talking over 18 million views - and has successfully grown accounts by thousands of followers and started securing paid brand deals in just a few months. Her approach to social can be summed up in three words: authenticity, consistency, and simplicity.

Ali is our rockstar behind the scenes - keeping all phases of your project running on time, and ensuring a smooth, frictionless client experience. She's based in Canada, and loves that working remotely gives her the flexibility to see the world (the girl worked from TULUM all of February)

Audrey is a copywriter and business coach whose favorite thing is helping female entrepreneurs get their magical work in the hands of those who need it. Her approach to copywriting combines tried-and-true strategies with her own intuitive sense for storytelling and wordsmithing, all in the name of helping you share your message with more of your best-fit people. Because she believes the most valuable selling point in your business is YOU!
